Adwerx announces digital advertising tools for lenders

  • Lenders now have the opportunity to stay ahead in arguably the most important and often overlooked space: online.
  • New software allows mortgage and title professionals to run advertising campaigns on web, mobile and Facebook, starting at $59 per month.
  • Proven agent campaign packages provide ad creation and placement tools to promote listings and brand awareness.

Adwerx, the digital marketing company offering solutions for real estate agents, has been offering simplified online advertising since 2013. Noting a need for e-leads in the mortgage space, the growing technology company announced a new product dedicated to lenders .

Lenders can now easily stay ahead in arguably the most important and often overlooked space: online.

“Expanding to the lender side of the industry is an important step for us,” Adwerx CEO Jed Carlson told Inman in an email. “Not only can ads target consumers who are ‘in the market’ for a mortgage or refi, but they can also be targeted specifically to local realtors to generate referral business for the lending professional.”

Adwerx, based in Durham, runs consistent advertising campaigns across web, mobile and Facebook. Each ad links to individual lender websites. Subscribers can view campaign reports in the product dashboard to see brand awareness and marketing efforts improve over time.

The software uses data to find and target local borrowers looking to refinance or get a new mortgage for just $59 per month. Mortgage Professionals have the option to advertise to Realtors for $99 per month.

A simple and profitable approach to online advertising

Traditionally, Adwerx takes the hassle and costs out of digital advertising, providing ad creation and placement tools to promote local listings and brands.

After providing an SEO address, the software spits out an advertisement with editing options for logo colors and placement. You pay for ads as you go, which are placed on websites where home buying activity – and now loan applications – is high.

Flexible plans allow agents to decide how long ads run. The minimum period is one week for $49.

Last summer, the company announced mobile advertising options for agents. Mobile campaigns run on Facebook and other popular social apps, finding and targeting leads based on ZIPs. Each ZIP is for up to five agents and costs $99 per month.

It turns out that mortgage professionals were already “hacking” the branding technology before the launch of the dedicated mortgage and securities product. Adwerx listened by delivering the new product that specifically handles both marketing and retargeting for lenders.

Currently, 35,000 real estate consumers use Adwerx for their digital marketing needs.
