What are the main points every healthcare sector, commerce and industry manufacturer should know about paid traffic?

“There are five things. First of all, you need to consider why your product is different from those of your competition. Why should someone buy from you instead of them? You can have the best campaign since sliced bread, but without a strong competitive bid it will be very difficult to win.

“Second, think about those ‘buyer’s intent’ keywords. Who is your ideal prospect when typing into Google? Use buyer intent keywords, such as “Hertfordshire mobile scooters” for example, to minimize wasted ad spend.

“Third, always have good follow-up. Google Ads can get you leads, but without good, relevant tracking from request to sale, it won’t be effective.

“Fourth, make sure you know your numbers. What is your target cost per lead from your Google ads? This should be reversed by determining how many leads you need to convert to sales, and what the average order value and lifetime value is for your business.

“Success tracking. This tells you if your advertising investment is successful. Don’t invest in Google Ads if tracking isn’t set up correctly.

Can you tell us about your business?

“My brother had a successful business, but it needed a boost to generate more sales inquiries. I came across Google Ads and thought I would give it a try.

“Over the next six months, we attracted 108 new clients, adding £ 30,340 to our turnover, with a whopping 220% ROI, which is rare in this industry.

“It was a bit of a ‘light bulb’ moment for me. I thought if I could do it for my business then maybe I could do it for other businesses.

“Six years later, we are still going strong. We help businesses navigate the rough waters of Google Ads. We have won several awards and helped many businesses grow.

What experience do you have with companies in the mobility sector?

“We took one of the leading mobility scooter manufacturers in the UK and increased their sales by 55% thanks to Google PPC. We’ve helped them generate seven times their sales request volume while reducing their cost per lead by four.

You are one of the “3% of the best Google Premier Partners” and have been voted by Google as “one of the best in Europe for the growth of online businesses”. How did that make you feel?

“Exceptionally proud. It’s a magical feeling to be recognized for something you love to do.

What’s the biggest challenge you’ve had in business?

“Working with clients who do not have the same values and the same philosophy. From experience, this has been incredibly difficult. On the flip side, when customers are synced with us, their Google ads fly! “

Is there a minimum expense and time limit that people should run for PPC ads?

“Too small and you won’t get results. As a guideline we recommend a starting monthly budget of £ 2,000. For deadlines, it takes a minimum of six months (depending on budget) to invest in Google Ads. It is not a quick win.

“You are investing to create a sales machine that consistently generates sales, leads, and inquiries. It doesn’t happen instantly. If it were that easy, everyone would!

What advice would you give to a business that runs PPC ads?

  1. Have a specific goal to achieve (in number).
  2. Have a plan to achieve this goal.
  3. Monitor progress.
  4. Have patience – it won’t happen instantly.
  5. Invest in an expert who can share visibility of what’s going on.
