Seasalt launches its first TV advertising campaign – Retail Times

Seasalt, the fast growing Cornish lifestyle brand, today launches its very first TV ad campaign with a 30 second commercial that showcases its beautifully designed products against the backdrop of the stunning Cornish coastline.

Aired on ITV via its terrestrial channels and on ITV Hub, the ad was developed by Seasalt’s in-house creative design team with assistance from London studio Beast Productions. The campaign will focus on households in the Yorkshire region, where Seasalt does not have stores but has been identified as an area with potential high demand. A full schedule is available below.

Shot on location in St Ives and Gwithian in Cornwall, Seasalt’s first TV commercial showcases the creativity and passion loved by customers across the UK and in a growing number of international markets. Showcasing Seasalt’s ‘famous’ products such as Sailor Stripes, performance rainwear and unique printed dresses, the campaign is designed to introduce the brand to new customers, while also engaging the existing Seasalt community.

From a single store in Penzance opened in 1981, Seasalt has grown into one of the UK’s leading lifestyle brands. Now turning 40e anniversary, Seasalt operates through its website, 69 stores in the UK and Ireland and through strategic market partners such as M&S and Next.

Paul Hayes, Managing Director of Seasalt, said: “This is an exciting time for Seasalt as we launch our first TV campaign with the aim of sharing our love of Cornwall with new and existing customers.

“By putting our brand in front of people in a new format in an area where we don’t have a lot of stores, we seek to raise awareness by celebrating our heritage and artistic roots with potential customers who we believe share our values. The launch of this campaign shows the growth of Seasalt as a company and underlines our ambition for the future.
