Insite Ooh, which specializes in the analysis of external advertising campaigns in Egypt and the Middle East, has revealed that the city of Noor of the Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) has the most powerful advertising campaign in the Egyptian market.
In a report analyzing the strength of advertising campaigns among Egyptian businesses in June 2021, the website said the campaign succeeded in increasing the group’s sales market share by 30-40% of the market.
He added that the advertising campaigns created by the real estate companies in Egypt were going well until the launch of the Noor project campaign. The TMG development has become more influential and more widely distributed than its counterparts in the real estate sector, ensuring that the equation turns in the group’s favor.
The report states that MAVEN Developments’ campaign for its CALI project came in second, followed by the campaign created by popular delivery site Noon, with Talabat’s ad campaign coming in fourth.
Real estate companies ranked fifth, with the Spark Capital Insight project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC) affiliated with Brooq Real Estate Development Company. In sixth place was the LaFayette Village project, owned by Hometown Developments.
In seventh place, the Keeva project owned by Al Ahly Sabbour, while in eighth place was the AMAZ BUSINESS COMPLEX, owned by the Al-Fath group for real estate development.
GV Development company’s project promotion campaign came in ninth place, followed by the Saudi Egyptian Company for Construction (SECON) promotion, while iBusiness Park came in eleventh place.
iCAPITAL ranked 12th with its distinguished project, the Cloud 7 business complex, in the heart of the NAC, followed by the campaigns of Badeya de Palm Hills, Saray, Vinci de Misr Italia and Ronza Tower.
